Diane M. Wanger
Experience and Wisdom
|
|
For over 29 years, Diane M. Wanger has practiced virtually all facets of family law, earning a
well-deserved reputation for excellence in the Tarrant County family court
system. She is board-certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal
Specialization.
Obtaining her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Texas Tech University,
Diane has been a successful solo family law practitioner since 1983, with an
impressive list of advanced training, certifications, instructing positions,
speaking engagements and various other distinctions throughout her career.
Diane is a highly trained expert in
Collaborative Law – in which parties agree to settle their case in a
legally binding process outside the family law court system – and has served
as a Tarrant County Collaborative Law Training Course Director in 2001, 2004, 2006
and 2009. She is also highly experienced with out-of-court
Mediation – in which parties meet to settle
their case with a mediator conducting negotiations – and is a graduate of
Harvard University’s Negotiation Insight Initiative Mediation Training
program.
In cases where the best resolution is litigation, Diane brings her
experienced know-how into the courtroom as a skilled and respected trial
lawyer. She has long been a respected fixture in the Tarrant County family
law courts, and has served as a substitute associate judge in Tarrant
County’s 322nd and 360th district family law courts. She has also
served on the State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee on Layer Discipline for
a total of 12 years over her professional career.
Diane is affiliated with the Collaborative Lawyers of Tarrant County, the
Northeast Association of Collaborative Professionals, the Collaborative Law
Institute of Texas, the International Association of Collaborative
Professionals, the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, the Tarrant
County Family Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas/Family Bar Section and
the Northeast Tarrant County Bar Association.
Diane was chosen a Fort Worth
Magazine 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 Top Family Law Attorney.
Diane enjoys rock climbing, yoga, kayaking, generally being outdoors,
foreign movies and travel.

Tamra Siebenthall
As the firm’s legal assistant, Tamra handles client communications, business
operations, billing and the schedule of Diane M. Wanger. She also assists
with collaborative law cases.
Tamra has worked at the firm for four years and has a bachelor’s degree in
business management from Southwestern State University. Prior to joining the
firm, she worked in the sales and marketing field, including a 10-year
management position at Marriott Corporation in the environmental sales
division.
Tamra enjoys spending time with her daughter and reading, and she is a
self-professed dog lover. |

Brandon Turnage
Brandon has worked for 17 years at the firm as a paralegal, and spends the
majority of his time drafting legal documents, from discovery documents to
filings, orders and petitions.
He also serves an intermediary between clients at Diane M. Wanger, and
answers procedural questions for clients.
He has bachelor’s degree in liberal studies, biology and education from
Texas Wesleyan University, as well as paralegal certification.
Brandon is a certified cyclist and spinning class instructor. He enjoys
reading, cycling, yoga and playing the piano and he teaches spin classes at
24 Hour Fitness. |
